Tax Information
Carlson's
Appliance collects sales tax on products shipped in California. Products
shipped within California will be charged 8.25% sales tax. Purchases shipped to
other States will not be charged sales tax by Carlson's Appliance.

& Handling Information

allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order. Your credit card WILL
NOT be charged until the day your order is scheduled for shipment.

to choose a proper shipping option
To
obtain a shipping quote:

Services for small

Freight for large items over 140 LB Including Dishwashers (downdraft

for appliances shipped within southern california only.

Appliances Delivery Area
Carlson's
Appliance delivers anywhere in the Continental United States by Motor Freight.
When ordering large
appliances, such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, stack laundry, dishwashers,
ranges and ovens please specify Motor Freight
as a shipping method.
Small
Appliances Delivery Area
Carlson's
Appliance delivers anywhere in the United States by UPS Services.
Large
Appliances Delivery Terms
The
following delivery terms apply for Nationwide delivery area, excluding Greater
Los Angeles area.
You
will receive an email confirmation of your order.
A representative from Motor Freight will contact you by phone to arrange delivery.
Delivery
will be arranged within a specific 4 hour time period, so you won't have to spend
all day waiting for your delivery.
From the time you order, you can expect delivery in 1-2 weeks.
Please be aware that the delivery is to the curb or garage only. We will not uncrate
the appliance.
Southern California Delivery
You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
A representative from Carlson's Appliance will contact you by phone to arrange
delivery.
You
will be provided with the phone number to a delivery terminal so on a day of delivery
you can call before 9:00 am and find out approximate time of the arrival.
Carlson's
Appliance will make only a curb side delivery drop off and does not provide installation
of the appliances.

WE ADVISE EVERY
CUSTOMER TO CHECK DIMENSIONS BEFORE ORDERING.

Measure the area where the appliance will be placed, to be certain the product
you've selected fits within these dimensions.
Be sure that you have an appropriate electric outlet within 3-1/2 feet of the
space you've chosen for your appliance.
Check to see that it's a grounded outlet that accepts a three prong plug, since
most appliances require one.
Please
measure door openings, stairways, and hallways along the way to your appliances
final location, to make sure your product will fit trough the space.
Installations
Carlson's Appliance
does not provide installation.
Carlson's
Appliance will make exchanges or refunds under the following conditions:
1. Orders may be
cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if not already shipped or ordered
from the manufacturer. Any order cancelled after 24 hours will be a subject to
a 15% restocking fee. To cancel the order, please call us at 800-601-8799. In
case of order cancellation after merchandise has already shipped and it is still
in transit, customer must pay all applicable fees, freight charges and merchandise
must be returned to Carlson's Appliance in it's original condition.
2.
Returns or exchanges can be made within 15 days of receiving the product. Returned
or Exchanged product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned products
must be in original condition (not used, not installed, and not damaged with all
original packaging material included). Prior to returning the product customers
must email or call us 800-601-8799 for a return
authorization number. Any return without a return authorization number will be
refused. All associated shipping charges when returning or exchanging the product
is paid by the customer.
Damages
We
do not want you to pay for damaged merchandise. Here is how to avoid
it; in order to keep you from having to pay for damaged merchandise we urge you
to always, immediately inspect your merchandise before signing for delivery. Follow
the simple steps below: While the driver is there and you have not yet signed
for the acceptance of delivery: Please open the boxes and inspect the merchandise
to be free from damage. Should any merchandise be damaged refuse the damaged items
and mark so on the bill of lading. Call us immediately 800-601-8799 do
not sign for any merchandise that is damaged. Should you choose to accept the
merchandise without inspecting it you are agreeing to involve yourself in a lengthy
investigation ranging from 30 - 90 days without any guarantee of having merchandise
replaced or receiving your money back.
For smaller purchases such as appliance
accessories, parts, cooktops, small range hoods, etc. merchandise may sometimes
be left without recieving your signature. In such cases any damage claims must
be reported to Carlson's Appliance within 72 hours of the time the merchandise
was delivered. Any claims made after 72 hours will not be honored.
Warranties:
Carlson's
is an authorized dealer for many brands. Warranties are backed by the manufacturer.
In the event that you need warranty service please contact the manufacturer.
Estimated
Shipping Charge All
shipping charges are estimated. When you proceed with your order, shipping charges
will be calculated in real time by UPS (for small appliances and appliance parts)
and by weight (for large appliances).
